We spend time upfront to get to know you and what you’re aiming for so that we thoroughly understand your needs to ensure successful results.

Strive offer personal training and group fitness sessions in parks, homes and offices. We are located on the northside and generally train around the Wilston and Grange area but also offer group sessions at Chermside, Southank and Milton (See Upcoming Events for details). Where possible we try to come to you to fit in with your lifestyle so that it is easier for you to commit to your training.

If it is a corporate fitness program that you are interested in, we offer short 12-week corporate challenges and more ongoing and regular arrangements located at or near your office. With over 7 years experience in the corporate world in human resources Laura knows about staff engagement and staff motivation and the huge cost of absenteeism, stress and low productivity. Strive corporate programs incorporate exercise, nutrition, and relaxation and stress management.

Laura holds her clients accountable to their goals and gets them results. Strive clients have fun and work hard.
